The ICSC partners with the San Bernardino County Museum for its annual Arthropolooza, an invertebrate-themed family event to educate visitors on the wonders of invertebrates. Located in Redlands, the museum houses an entomology collection and an assortment of California fossils and other artifacts!

Santa Ana Zoo

The ICSC and the Santa Ana Zoo work together to share the love of invertebrates at the annual Boo at the Zoo fundraiser. Through fun, adventure, and learning, the Santa Ana Zoo empowers its community to save wildlife and wild spaces. Established in 1952, this zoo is a community touchstone and has an excellent invertebrate and reptile exhibit!

The ICSC collaborates with the Santiago Creek ECO Center to host invertebrate-related educational events, such as our 2025 insect pinning demonstration and 6th year anniversary celebration. Preserving a slice of the Santa Ana Watershed in the heart of OC, the ECO Center is a hidden refuge for SoCal invertebrate biodiversity.
